Paula and team were very helpful in answering my questions on all the ins and outs that I needed to know prior to Gandalf's flight. There was a slight hiccup when getting the EHC at the initial vet appointment, which we agreed can be avoided with a simple phone call. The Fetchapet team remained very professional about the whole experience and even promptly help to get a last minute appointment with another vet on the same day - their efforts and concern helped eliminate the anxiety I had leading up to the big move!
