If I could give 10/5 stars if I would! Transporting your loved pets across countries is a massive decision. From my first enquiry about moving my cat from England to New Zealand, Fetchpet were brilliant. I had many emails and calls with them with lots of queries and every person I spoke with handled it with warmth, patience and lots of knowledge. The logistics of transporting pets is a quagmire and they are experts in this. Where they came into their own was the level of care they gave my cat. They went above and beyond to ensure he was happy, healthy, comfortable and at ease. I was already in New Zealand and to know my cat was being this well looked after took a huge weight off my shoulders. I will always remember the kindness they showed my cat and by proxy me. I can't recommend Rachel, Sally, Emma and all at Fetchapet enough. They really love animals and love reuniting them with their owners.
