I left my bike in the workshop to have a puncture and the brakes fixed. Both staff members were really nice. The process and communication was very clear throughout, and I was really happy with the service. The puncture was fixed and the brakes improved too, and I was given good advice on eventually replacing the brakes. I have Gazelle bike, a slightly unusual model, so appreciated the extra effort.
