HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SKETCHY BUSINESS PRACTICESOnce every quarter as a member you get $30 to apply to your order for 3 months. My credit wasn't working (days before the expiration date) and I finally emailed the FewModa team the day before expiration with screenshots of their site rejecting my credit. In response they said I was using another discount code which was not true so I responded to say that wasn't the case, then they said that I didn't have the minimum amount in my order of $150, when I had $230 in my cart! They completely refused to help me and lied to me about the problem so they didn't have to be accountable and when I tried responding to their email their inbox for both their customer service email and info email were "full" and not receiving messages. These people are SCAMMERS and not interested in upholding their membership perks. I feel so depleted trying to contact them because they don't have any other contact info besides these two email inboxes that they either turned off or blocked me from for no reason. I will be deleting my membership IMMEDIATELY.
