I am extremely disappointed by both the quality and their service. I am reading now through these reviews that a lot of other customers have has very similar experiences and it feels like Few Moda imposes extremely sketchy and poor business practices. I ordered an item online, tried it on when I received it, it didn't fit and was very poor quality. I immediately took off the item and put it back in it's bag with all original tags intact and returned the item in it's original packaging. I then got an email saying my return was rejected due to a deodorant mark. This is astonishing - I hardly tried on the item and certainly never wore it anywhere. Something that can easily happen in a try on experience and seems like an utterly bizarre reason to deny a return. I have been emailing their customer service back and forth and they are no longer answering any of my emails and are refusing to return my money. So I am now left without the item and without my money. This is truly horrible business practice that should be illegal. I do not recommend them whatsoever. It should also be noted the quality of the items and fabric is horrible and not what they are claiming to be....
