I'm 11 days post op so still have a way to go in terms of seeing my full results, but so far I'm pleased. I was met at the airport by Ferit and taken straight to the hospital due to it being so late, where my blood tests and observations began. The nurses at the hospital are attentive and although very few speak English, they communicated via Google translate to ensure I understood everything. Prof Aycan was lovely, very knowledgeable and operates on the edge of caution, rather than aggressively which I was happy about. He took the time to explain everything and came to see me several times after my surgery. I stayed at the Metropolitan Hotel which was nice and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was fab! I had one small issue after checking in which was resolved, and both Ferit and Alperen were contacting me throughout my stay. I would recommend Fibemed to anyone considering visiting Turkey for surgery.
