The most apalling service imaginable. They were taking over my broadband service from Vodafone but on the actviation date nothing happened. Vodafone said that they hadn't processed the request correctly with Openreach. After a week of frequent emails and telephone calls my broadband service with Vodafone was cut off (as Fibrely had requested this with Openreach) and i am currently without any service at all. I had cancelled the contract with Fibrely due to non-provision of the service but two weeks later still haven't had a refund of my deposit in spite of frequent promises. They are truly terrible - no one should touch them as they are clearly incompetent.
