An absolute diamond of a hospital - my experience was 5 star. From initially making an enquiry back in January - Karina answered all my questions quickly and effectively. The ladies on reception are warm and friendly - every person I can across were professional and personable. I had my surgery 14/6 with Dr Raineys - he is AMAZING. From the full in-depth consultation to my actual surgery I felt safe. Which as someone who works clinically in the healthcare industry it’s imperative that you can have this rapport with the person that has your life in their hands. I had a MMO and I’m currently day 16 post op - smooth recovery so far. I have even booked in for an arm lift next year!! The hospital itself is spotless and has a luxury feel. I’ve been raving about Fi Clinica to everyone! I can’t fault the care and service I received - keep doing what you do best Fi!
