I purchased their skin tint that was listed for medium/ darker skin (I have more a light/ medium skin tone) what arrived was a very light, almost grey tint that made me look like a ghost on application. I emailed them to let them know and they asked me to provide a picture, which I swiftly did. This was back in April 2nd. I never heard anything since. I emailed them again a week after asking if they got the picture. Ignored again. I used to like purchasing from them but due to the awful customer service, I wouldn’t trust to shop here again should a problem arise. In response. I returned the product and it got delivered back to you almost a week ago and I’ve still heard nothing or got a refund. Once again terrible customer service.
