I suspect the positive reviews are fake. The website shows very good products. I placed an order for a Paestum Men’s Warm Ribbed Cable Knit Turtleneck Sweater XXL. I never received a confirmation email (not in junk mail or regular). When the product arrived, I saw the material was substandard (a mix of artificial fibers that gave the texture an almost plastic feel). The turtleneck sweater was too small. Adding to the strangeness, the charge on my credit card statement was made to "Most Musthaves" in Hong Kong, yet the customer service number on the website is in Germany. Nothing adds up.I have contacted the company regarding my desire to return the turtleneck (I paid $75.95) It turns out returns are essentially impossible. They have one warehouse in China, so the returns go there. But under Chinese laws, there is a tax and bureaucracy involved whereby the returned item could be either confiscated or mailed back to the sender at the sender's expense. As a "compromise," the customer rep offered a 11% refund of the original price and I can keep the shirt. (I don't want the shirt).Long story short, this is a bad company with uncertain merchandise, and deceptive return policies. Do not use this company.
