I made a purchase in error. I tried calling the number on their website which was unreachable. I sent an email which they responded a day later. I was told to cancel i would have had to do it 5 min after placing order which at this point was over that time frame. They said i would have to wait to receive the item then i can return it. Mind you the item was not shipped yet. They could of easily stopped it and refunded my money. This company plays a game once its shipped and once you receive it they dont tell you you have to pay to return it. The 3rd email after asking how do i return they send a form and they say you can basically risk sending it back becaise it can get demaged or run the risk of the items being confiscated by Customs—THEIR COMPANY IS A SCAM... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
