I was sent an xxl coat that was 4 sizes too small. Although the company masqueraded as a US company, the product came fromChina. They claim easy returns but I had to send them a picture of the ill fitting coat. They offered me another coat or a 20 percent refund. To return this coat I had to send it back to china at my expense and prove I sent it. They also said customs may refuse it. It was 152 dollars to buy it and expensive to return. And it took 3 weeks to arrive.AVOID!
