I am sharing my experience with Figurama Collectors regarding a cancelled pre-order and an ongoing refund issue.I placed a pre-order in September 2023 for a total amount of $1,285. The product was repeatedly delayed over a period of more than 2 years.Due to these excessive delays, as well as additional shipping and customs costs that were not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, I requested cancellation in September 2025.Figurama Collectors accepted the cancellation on October 1, 2025 and confirmed that a refund would be issued within 90 days.Since then:A refund date of March 15, 2026 was providedThen I was told the refund would be processed “within 10 days”These deadlines have not been respectedAs of today, I have still not received any refund.I have now initiated formal steps, including contacting my bank for a chargeback and filing complaints with consumer protection authorities.At this stage, I expect Figurama Collectors to honor their commitment and process the refund without further delay.I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious regarding delivery timelines and refund reliability.
