I originally purchased a preorder for a statue in 2024 but unfortunately had suffered from financial strain and knew that I had to cancel the order after a year in November 2025. I read through their terms and they stated that refunds would be issued in 90 days from date of request. I was happy with the 20% non refundable deposits and thought that being a company that works with big Japanese properties that they would honor their terms.Closer to the end 90 days I checked closer to the end date to see if everything was going well on this side and was assured with ‘get back to us at the end of the 90 days if your refund has not turned up’. I am a very patient person and so I did.After the 90 days period I queried the date that I would recieve the refund and was told suddenly’oh no theres been an internal issue and now your refund wont be until 1st July’ At no point in my previous checking was this issue found nor discussed with me, which I would have expected and would have made it more understandable. To suddenly have my refund date extended a further 3 months with no communication is unacceptable.I have yet to receive my refund and am pretty sure I will not as this company does not honor its promises.This company does not honor their terms and conditions, does not care for their customers. Avoid.
