They require you to pay upfront for the statue to be made. Shipping is not included and when they do charge, it is double what almost any other similar company would charge.They are years behind on their production and shipping deadlines.When they finally say the statue has been shipped, it takes an additional 2 months to actually/physically ship it. The shipping is further delayed due to incomplete or incorrect documentation for importing from China.I can honestly say: While the staff is friendly, this company is not worth your trust or money.Avoid them like the plague.
