I made several purchases on two occasions. One of the packages finally arrived today, three weeks later, while I'm still waiting for another item. Today's delivery had three different pictures meant for separate individuals, all stuffed into one box, and the outer plastic was torn. This is extremely disappointing and will be awkward to gift, as they appear very low quality! The items aren't in boxes as they should be, just wrapped in plastic - unacceptable! I've spent a lot with this service and contacted the support team to ask for help with this situation.
