I am very dissatisfied. The items come from overseas, causing long delays, and then it was marked as delivered when it actually wasn't delivered to me. After I complained, a photo was sent showing something that wasn't mine. The tracking indicated it was delivered to an enclosed porch, but the photo showed it thrown over someone's garden fence. This was intended as a Christmas gift! I recommend avoiding this service. Update a few days later: After extensive communication (and this review) with the company, they arranged a refund with a discount for a future purchase, but given my delivery experience, I am unlikely to try again. Some items are stocked locally, while others are overseas, leading to the initial delays. This wasn't clear at the time of purchase, and the local delivery service they use is known for poor service. This is another reason I won't purchase again, as I may never receive my items.
