I filed about 20 reports to the administration during my one-month trial. The last report I submitted still has the profile active on the site. It seems they aren't even reviewing reports and may be in collusion with the scammers. A large percentage of profiles are not even from the specified region. Anyone can create an account here, including those with malicious intent. I won't waste my time anymore; I've heard better options exist.
