The part arrived in broken condition. It is a fragile part and must be handled in upright position only, but they did not package it with any fragile warnings. Firme refused to send a replacement part. I sent photos of the internal damage, and they tried to claim that my photos were not of the part they sent me. Then they accused me of cancelling the payment, which is a lie. I did pay for the part, and tried to negotiate getting a replacement but they stopped responding to my request.
