It arrived 14 days later, small enough to go in a standard small letter envelope, C6.Why does Filofax use Whistl to deliver tiny packets which can go through a domestic letterbox, and which even the tardy Royal Mail could deliver faster. My order sat for too many days at a warehouse instead of being delivered. Never again. I would have given zero stars if I could.
