this company charged $1 unauthorized by me. I only knew I was charged because I was just browsing the site and visited My Account. I called 4 times with all reps advising the charge is non refundable, a ticket for a refund was submitted and my first manager call may be in 48 hours. ALL the issues with the refund ended as soon as I stated I would just call my bank and report them for fraudulent behavior. My issue is not the $1 but that they are getting a lot of unexpected dollars and those turn into full $40 charges.
