I purchased five shirts from Fincut in December. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the products and decided to exercise my right of withdrawal.According to the instructions, I was required to contact Fincut via email to initiate the return process. However, both email addresses provided by the company were inactive. Each time I attempted to send a message, I received an automated notification stating that the emails were undeliverable. As a result, I was unable to proceed with my return request, which is very disappointing and raises concerns about the company’s customer service and reliability.Update: After posting my review, Fincut contacted me and apologized for the situation. I have now been given the opportunity to return the shirts and will receive a full refund. While I appreciate that the matter is finally being resolved, this does not change the fact that I was not satisfied with the quality of the shirts.Additionally, even if there had been an internal IT issue on their side, the company had more than a month to resolve the matter through the PayPal case I opened when I attempted to use buyer protection. That would have been the appropriate and straightforward way to handle the situation at the time.Since the issue is now being resolved and I will receive a full refund, I have adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. However, the overall experience was unnecessarily complicated.
