Does not fit / Return costs you money
For me the T-Shirt is loose around the waist and incredibly tight around the arms. I am 185cm and weigh 75kg so I am neither particularly fat or muscular.
So I think, not a problem. I'll return it.
The process took multiple emails over multiple days where they ask you questions they know the answer to just to extend the process.
You then click yourself through multiple steps to finally get a return ticket.
And what do you know. I paid 28€ + shipping for a t-shirt and only get back I think 21€ because they charge various fees.
Absolutely terrible business practice and I will be sure to not order from them again.
