This is my second post regarding Fincut. I posted three day's ago and also replied to their response and still no success in contacting "customer services" even after responding to their email link. I have tried numerous times to contact them vis Trust Pilot, Facebook, Messenger and email plus their online form to no avail. The tee shirts are two sizes too large following their measuring tool. I would like a refund and understand I pay the return postage but they do not provide the pre paid returns label as they refer to in their returns policy? The two email addresses they provide do not exist as emails bounce back "undeliverable". I will probably now receive their automated reply and another email link to reply to which I notice goes to anyone wanting to return items and giving 1 star rating! To rub salt in I have had two emails from Fincut asking "how did we do"! Awful company to "try" to do business with.
