I was wrong when I thought this company had already reached the peak of its disrespect towards customers. After everything I have been through, they have now informed me that I must restart my entire return process.After my last review here on 2 November, where I detailed the whole absurd situation with this company, on 4 November they told me they would process my refund. They also added the following message:"If you feel that your experience has been taken into account and that your refund is being processed, we would be very grateful if you would remove or modify your review on Trustpilot. This helps us tremendously to continue improving our service."On 12 November they emailed me again, asking me to confirm that the refund should be processed back to my original payment method. As usual, after I replied, I received no further response. On 17 November I contacted them again asking when the refund would be issued. The reply was absolutely disgraceful:"After checking with the relevant department, your refund is currently pending because your Trustpilot review is still public. This is an exceptional procedure that we only apply in these types of situations. As soon as you update or delete your review, we will be able to finalize the refund immediately to your original payment method. We fully understand that this situation can be frustrating, and we assure you that we are doing everything we can to make the process quick and secure."Well, here is my update. This company is blatantly trying to manipulate customers into deleting negative reviews so they can maintain an artificially positive rating. It is shameful, deceptive, and completely unacceptable.I strongly warn anyone considering buying from this company: do not do it. This entire experience has been a farce from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.
