Mark Wilson was wonderful to work with. He was curtious, patient and helpful. I will use him the next time. I had a problem but not with him. I called to possibly cancel my ticket, thinking I found a cheaper one, by the way, I hadn't. The woman I spoke to got angry and started yelling at me. I told her to calm down and give me the info on my ticket. I told her I had made a mistake and to leave the reservation alone: Mark didn't have to call me, everything was good. She left the block on my ticket and I couldn't get it to pay for it. Mark made sure I had a new ticket and I'm sure he was stuck with the price difference.
