Findsler card not fit for purpose- zero support waste of money

I bought 2 of these devices and neither of them are recognised on either my IPhone 13 or Samsung S24. I have requested help via their online form and chat. Got absolutely no response. I therefore rate customer support as almost zero. It advertises a 30 day no quibble guarantee. However since they came from Latvia and they expect me to pay for a product that does not appear fit for purpose. I would rather throw them away in disgust.

Didn’t add any bulk at all

I’m usually picky about wallet space and bulk but this didn’t bother me at all. It feels light and flat and not plasticky. I forget it’s even there until I need it.
