I ordered a Ring off Finematter from a designer based in the States. Annoyingly the company in the States managed to send the wrong ring out twice, this was at no fault of the guys at Finematter however. I really want to applaud Finematter though for their customer service during this time, getting back to me very quickly and in one case ringing me to apologies directly. I would like to praise Munashe Kanyasa specifically as he was very professional and efficient throughout and put me at ease throughout the whole transaction to ensure the correct goods were received, he made it effortless to return the wrong goods and kept me updated on all whereabouts of the correct goods which was turned around in less than a week, so thanks Munashe!
