The whole process took about a month and not 2-3 weeks as stated. I have just received my necklace back and the welding looks very poor and rushed, considering Finematter had the piece for a month. I had to reach out to the team several times to get updates on my order as the online account has a glitch. Considering the expensive nature of the jewellery, there needs to be more communication on the status of the repair. On the plus side, the customer service team members I spoke to were helpful, polite and attentive.
