I still can’t quite believe the swift turnaround I had from Finematter! Once I dropped my item off at the neighborhood courier collection point, I was kept advised of progress. In the end, my item was received day 1, re-plated day 2 and was back with me on day 3. The necklace was gleaming and looked lovely.
