I ordered a jacket and a hat, but the order took longer than expected (an extra 2 weeks). When it arrived, the jacket was fine, but I received the wrong hat. Customer service acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund, but after I requested it, I haven't heard back. I've sent follow-up emails without any response. Overall, I'm disappointed because I've paid for something I can't use.
