Sent in my samples on Feb 12th. Had an answer on March 11th at no cost to me. Not sure how that works for them but I definitely appreciate the service and will continue using them as long as they are offering the service and will use them for paid testing as well.

The public can purchase additional services such as endotoxin, heavy metals, or solvents contamination testing, and choose the lab used to perform the test. For a fee, we also offer testing for a growing number of other compounds.
We use HPLC-based testing through commercial partner labs, and our publicly available database covers results across 170+ vendors. We also offer free testing for a defined list of compounds to any US resident willing to send us a sample.
