I ordered the baby‘s first Christmas ornament of the baby sleeping on the moon for my granddaughter. When it finally arrived almost 3 weeks later, I received an ornament that was a flat piece of acrylic, nothing like the 3D picture shown, and the acrylic was bubbled and had scratches on it. I’ve sent two emails to the company requesting a refund of $29.76 for the damaged product. I have yet to receive a response.I posted a review on their website. I immediately received an email asking if I posted a review. I confirmed that I did. I then checked their website and my review was taken down. Not only do they sell faulty, damaged products, but they refuse to give refunds and stand behind their products. What’s worse is they suppress unfavorable reviews on their website. When I placed this order, I didn’t realize the company was located in China. They are super shady and should not be allowed to sell product in the United States.
