I made my order on December 10-15 and have not received it. Upon contacting the company through email they responded with tracking information that I believe is bogus. I have contacted my Credit Card company to let them resolve it since the Finsift company won't help.

I received my order 1-3-2025 after...

I received my order 1-3-2025 after ordering 12-12-2024. I was expecting a 3D resin ornament. It isn't. It's a piece of flat acrylic about the size of my hand (palm). Think of a flat acrylic key chain picture you might buy at a souvenir shop and you'll have an idea what it looks like.
