I've had positive shopping experiences in the past, but this time my package just didn't arrive. The website indicated it was shipped, yet the carrier claimed it was never sent. They informed me my package was lost and seemed indifferent; they only offered a refund without any apology or compensation. They suggested I shop again, but prices have increased and some items are no longer available. Now, my refund will take a few days, leaving me without my daughter's desired pajamas for two weeks. Even when I followed up about the package, it was still listed as available, but I had to push for a response to my email. Overall, I'm left disappointed and unsure if I'll shop here again.

I ended up spending an additional 67 euros to have it steamed. I hope they will provide a discount for this inconvenience, as wearing a wrinkled coat looks very cheap!
