I began my association with the company in 2024. Initially, the only positive point was the quick processing of withdrawals — typically within 3 days to my bank account. However, this advantage does not make up for the fact that my deposits were consistently much larger than the withdrawals I could access. Over the years, I invested over €350,000. The account managers frequently misled me, exploiting my lack of market experience. They encouraged high-risk decisions and automatically applied very high leverage, which rapidly depleted my investment. The customer support and account management were unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of offering responsible advice, they actively led me to make mistakes that resulted in significant losses. To worsen the situation, on November 2, 2024, the company closed my account without my consent, citing “inactivity,” even though I had nearly lost all my capital due to their practices. Do not be deceived by firms that seem to offer legitimate services — they are often fraudulent, based offshore (in a well-known tax haven), and might even create fake positive reviews from non-existent individuals to maintain a good image. After consulting with a knowledgeable organization, I learned that it was a dubious setup with no refund policy for earnings. That team assisted me in recovering all my funds. Overall, my experience with the company was profoundly disappointing and frustrating. I strongly urge anyone thinking of investing with this broker to exercise extreme caution. Steer clear of these individuals!
