I placed an order online and received a call from a team member stating that my order wouldn't be delivered to my location near the building. Instead, I was instructed to walk to a distant empty parking area. When I questioned this, the representative wanted no further discussion and insisted we cancel the order ourselves. This experience felt very suspicious and unprofessional; I am utterly disappointed.
