Many ISSUES, and they just said go to another pizza company

I could order a pizza tonight and the same thing happen.This is really your response?That you're not going to address that fact that your customers can't order the pizza they want from your menu you offer, and to just go to another pizza competitor?Wow, great customer service (NOT). Especially for 2024!!! Good morning.Thank you for your email.I do understand the card was valid at the time you went to the store, but it being 13th June that you contacted us again makes it difficult for us to look into this with the store.Unfortunately in store issues need to be addressed at the time with the store Manager and any issues rectified at that time. So there's no logical explanation as to why they couldn't give me what I needed.I have been in America visiting family which is why I've now just got in touch about the frustrating time.I have date stamps on my photos if you'd like me to prove this.In addition, ordering online in not possible and where all of this fiasco originated. Do you remember? It wouldn't let me order the vegan pizza, nor allowed via phone order.I look forward to hearing from you and how you can help.Best. Unfortunately due to the incident being before the 18th May we are unable to look into this.I do apologise for your disappointment. I strongly suggest you place an order online if you wish to order from us in future which can be prepared for collection.The Worcester Park team are extremely helpful and accommodating to customer requests, however they do apologise that they were unable to meet your needs.Kind regards
