I placed an order online and received a call from a team member stating that my order wouldn't be delivered to my specified location. Instead, I was told to walk to a distant empty parking area. When I questioned this, the representative refused to discuss it further and insisted we cancel the order ourselves. This felt very suspicious and unprofessional; I am extremely disappointed.
