The most significant takeaway for me is that investing can be straightforward and accessible to everyone. I used to believe that substantial wealth was necessary to make money, but that's not entirely true. What's important in index investing is starting early. Had I known this sooner, I would have begun investing much earlier. Previously, I lacked motivation to save, thinking my goals were unreachable due to inflation and various costs. Now, I feel confident in realizing at least one of my projects sooner, allowing me more time for activities that matter to me. I also have peace of mind about a smoother retirement.
