We reserved the apartment in Zermatt, and the pre-arrival organization was superb. The logistics upon arrival were punctual and stylish. The apartment met our expectations and more! Daily cleaning was great, and the host manager did an excellent job. Departure was seamless. We truly enjoyed our family vacation!
