Contrary to the two people under me, 1. I've never received a empty package. 2. Out of $30,000+ in orders I only had one issue. Which was resolved.Also, if a company was to send you extra product why not send it back? Sounds to me like "Justin" is crying because he thinks he deserves free product and was unwilling to pay for it or send it back and is mad someone may of lost their cool dealing with them trying to scam them out of money/product.Also, I'd like to note that firehemp.com is not associated with Jaxon anymore (I connected with this company through Kush.com when they were just starting out and split up from Jaxon It's been atleast 4-5 years since that split) So if you ordered through Jaxon and had issues, leave firehemp out of it.They're on point with their customer service and will work with you on any issues that arise.I'm not affiliated with them I'm just a long time customer sticking up for my people.
