I placed a large order, my shipment arrived empty. Jaxon Wellness /Great Harvest logistics/ buyoregonhemp.com /firehemp.com failed to deliver customer service.. Additionally, they refuse to process my claim I paid for, that the CEO UPS recommends that they file. I surely hope my race is not the factor for their horrible customer service I have endured. They are quick to take your money, but when I advised them, I received an empty package they stopped responding altogether. Unethical business practices to say the least. BUYER BEWARE…
