Recently I lost the lid to my Star 2 cooling system. I reached out to Firemaple and asked about a replacement. I was told they didn’t actually sell just the lids but that they would be happy to send one out to me at NO CHARGE! I was not expecting that at all! I agreed to a small very reasonable shipping fee and in no time I had a brand new lid for my system! They did not have a problem do this since after all it was me who lost the lid. They did it anyway. Now that’s customer service and that’s how you make lifelong customers!Thank you Firemaple for showing us how it’s done!
