I ordered two pairs of workout pants that were slightly small. I contacted customer service for an exchange, and they promptly sent me two pairs in the next size up! They even offered me a discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience. Their service was excellent two years ago during an exchange as well. I'll keep shopping with this amazing brand!
