I am amazed with how quickly Firmoo.ie has dealt with me.Ipurchased glasses from them in January 2026. I was having issues with seeing through the lenses,they were varifocals. Firmoo.ie after sales team contacted me within a few hours, asking what the issue was and how they could help to correct the problems I was having. They also offered me a full refund. I accepted as through no fault of there's I could not see through the lense ,I said that I loved the frames and the click on sunglasses which They told me to keep as a good will gesture.I received my full refund into my account in 3 days.Firmoo.ie is definitely a reputable company, and I would 100% recommend them.
