A good experience but wasnt as hands on as I'd hoped.I enjoyed Neil as a teacher he started the day with great energy and it was clear we were going to learn a lot. As the day progressed Neil lost that energy, interest, and it made the end of the day feel rushed and not as engaging. I was barely able to answer questions in the sheet before he was reading out the answer. We did a couple of hands on exercises with CPR, recovery position and putting an arm in a sling but nothing more. These are unlikely (not impossible) scenario's in the work place but not the kind of things I would likely need to treat. Overall, I have learnt a lot. However, I am not sure I feel prepared to step into a role of first aider following this training.
