Pete and Pete were both incredibly knowledgeable. Everything was explained simply and clearly with plenty of time for practice. The trainers were supportive, friendly and helpful, making sure the whole class was competent by the end.
My experience was educative as well as very enlightening. The tutors were very friendly, receptive and willing to go the extra mile just to make sure that we all understood the course and I guess that made the assessment at the end of the course an easy task because we where taught properly and the practical sessions were amazing as we all had enough time to carry out each exercises as many times as possible or as we wanted just to be well grounded. Thanks to the NHS North East Ambulance Service for their services to humanity and their immense efforts and contributions to saving lives.
We had a full day of CPR and Medical Emergency training spread out over 2 sessions.As usual the service from NEAS was amazing! Pete and Tony looked after us, they made the training fun and updated us with all the new changes. The full team enjoyed their day - so thank you!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from Roseworth Dental Centre.
Peter was a fantastic instructor and made the whole experience fun, informative and well instructed! We all had a fantastic day and my team recommend him to do all our training in future! Great man, great stories and a great teacher! 10/10 needs a pay rise!
The 2 day refresher sessions were very informative, just about the right amount of time and pace, practical's were a good way of getting involved and hands on experience. Questionnaires helped to reassure our knowledge. Very well presented and clear. Enjoyed the course.
Our instructor Andy was so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and approached first aid training with an open, honest and inviting perspective. He made everyone feel confident and reinstated our knowledge through repeated practical elements so we could put the theory he taught us into practice. The three-day course flew by and I couldn't recommend Andy and NEAS more for this training.
