Did a currency exchange (euro to dollar) via this bank. First of all, they don’t publish the exchange rates anywhere which is already fishy. Then they claimed that it’s because they’re doing the exchange via Wells Fargo. On the day of the exchange the euro to dollar rate at Wells Fargo was 1 euro = 1,04 dollars. 1 dollar was 0.96 euro. They’ve done the exchange visa versa calculating that 1 euro was equal to 0.96 dollars. I’ve lost $170 due to their mistake and they disagree to confirm it was their mistake. First they told it was Wells Fargo’s commission which was ridiculous cause it wasn’t mentioned in the receipt. Then another branch office said that the commission is actually already mentioned in the receipt and it’s $10 (which is quite different to $170). When we tried to claim that it was their mistake they started saying that they were using some “feed exchange rate” rather than international rate. How come if euro costs more than dollar their feed exchange rate states otherwise?Long story short they’re just thinking their customers are idiots and they would never admit their mistakes. Would never use this bank.
