Great merch, but I am honestly confused by all the positive comments about customer support. I have reached out twice since placing my order months ago. Once wanting to spend more money in the store if a change could be made (a simple no would have sufficed, if it was not possible) and once to change my address on a pre-order, since I will be moving continents unexpectedly. I have not received a reply in either case. I will continue to support the band as I have for years, but will stick to the merch at gigs by the looks of it.
